Section 1.1

Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tk66y platform ("Platform" or "Site") and any individual who is registered on or wishes to register on this platform ("User" or "you"). The tk66y authority ("we", "our") is the owner and operator of this platform.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

Section 1.2

Right to Modify Terms

tk66y reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Modified terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the page. If you continue to use the site after any changes, you will automatically be considered to have agreed to the new terms.

Section 2.1

Age and Legal Eligibility

To use the tk66y platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. The authority may request relevant documents for age verification at any time.

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must have full legal capacity and be eligible to enter into binding agreements on your own behalf.
• Registration is not permitted from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• Each user may hold only one account.

Section 2.2

Account Information

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. If an account is opened with false information, tk66y reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel it and, where applicable, confiscate the associated balance.

Section 3.1

Account Security

Section 3.2

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A maximum of one account per user is permitted. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and the balances held in them may be confiscated. Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is specifically prohibited.

Section 3.3

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. All pending bets must be settled before the request is processed. tk66y may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• If there is concern about money laundering
• If false information has been provided
• If a self-exclusion request has been made under the responsible gaming policy

Section 4.1

Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the tk66y platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposit details must match the name registered on the account.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• Suspicious transactions may be held pending verification.

Section 4.2

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement on an active bonus has been met.

Section 4.3

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the tk66y platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tk66y will not be responsible for any discrepancy or loss resulting from currency conversion.

Section 5.1

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total of ৳54,000.

Section 5.2

Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — certain games may be excluded.
• Exceeding the maximum bet limit will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• A bonus can only be claimed once.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.

Section 5.3

General Bonus Policy

tk66y reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. If an attempt to claim bonus benefits fraudulently is detected, the associated account and all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

Section 6.1

VIP Tiers and Benefits

The tk66y VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is credited directly to the account. VIP tier progression is determined based on consistency of play and activity.

Section 6.2

VIP Tier Changes

tk66y reserves the right to review or change any user's VIP tier at any time. VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions.

Section 7.1

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk66y platform:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Harassing other members or attempting to defraud them
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Registering with incorrect or false information

Section 7.2

Ensuring Fairness

The tk66y platform uses SSL encryption and ensures fair play. All game outcomes are entirely random and free from any external influence. In the event of any dispute, tk66y's server logs will be considered as conclusive evidence.

Section 8.1

Limits of Platform Responsibility

tk66y will not bear any liability in the following cases:

• If a game session is disrupted due to loss of internet connection
• If a transaction fails due to an error by a third-party payment provider
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to uncontrollable technical events
• If the user themselves share their login details with another person

Section 8.2

Technical Errors

tk66y reserves the right to correct at any time any bonuses, winnings, or balances displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. No claims arising from such errors will be accepted.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and tk66y and supersede any prior oral or written understandings. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

Transfer of Rights

The user may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party without the prior written consent of tk66y. tk66y may at any time transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to any entity.

Section 12.3

Language of Communication

These terms have been drafted in Bengali and the Bengali version shall always be considered authoritative. A translation into any other language may be provided for informational convenience only.
